Ryan Hudgins is an assistant editor at Us Weekly.

She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Richmond with a B.A. in Journalism in May 2023.

Ryan previously served as a digital writer for Us Weekly. She’s also been a digital editorial intern for the TODAY show, where she published over 75 articles across entertainment, trending news, health, parenting and food verticals. Ryan has experience as a freelance writer for WhoWhatWhy, the Chicago Tribune and a contributing writer for Sheridan Road magazine.

She has completed summer programs at Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism and New York University’s Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute.
